The hygrometer is the one thing in your humidor that has to be right. A hygrometer that reads 65% when the actual RH is 72% will rot every cigar in the box within six months. We sell calibrated digital units — accurate to ±1% RH out of the box — for less than the analog brass dial they replace.
Why digital over analog:
- Accuracy — most analog hygrometers are ±5% out of the box, ±10% after a year
- Real-time — readings update every 10 seconds, so you actually see when your humidity drifts
- Temperature too — secondary display shows humidor temp (should be 65-70°F / 18-21°C)
- Calibratable — salt-test calibrates to ±1% accuracy if it ever drifts
Mounting:

Build: 2.5” round-gauge digital readout, white LCD with black numerals, brushed-steel bezel. Battery-powered (1× CR2032, included). Reads 0-99% RH / 32-122°F.
Calibration: Out-of-the-box accurate to ±1%. We salt-tested a batch of 10 units against a Boveda-Butler reference — all within ±1.5% RH.
