1. Who we are

TNext Cigar is an independent editorial publication about cigars, owned and operated by Cris Ortiz Suárez. By using thenextcigar.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Age requirement

This site contains content about tobacco products. You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for tobacco-related content in your jurisdiction) to use this site. If you're under 21, please leave.

3. Editorial content

Articles, reviews, and opinions on this site reflect the views of the editor at the time of publication. We strive for accuracy but make no warranties. If you spot an error, email contact@thenextcigar.com and we'll review it.

4. We don't sell tobacco

TNext Cigar is a publication, not a retailer. We do not sell cigars or any tobacco products. We do not ship tobacco. Cigars referenced in our editorial are linked to licensed retailers when available; those retailers handle the sale, age verification, taxes, and shipping under their own terms.

5. Affiliate disclosures

Some outbound links to retailers and brands are affiliate links. If you click and purchase, we may receive a commission. This never affects our editorial coverage. Articles that contain affiliate links carry a disclosure at the top.

6. Shop products

Where we sell directly (currently: branded merchandise, accessories, digital products) the sale is governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase. We do not sell tobacco products. Returns and refunds for shop items follow the policy displayed at checkout. Digital products (PDFs, courses) are non-refundable once accessed.

7. User submissions

If you submit a story tip, comment, or any other content to us via email, contact form, or future commenting system, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish that content with your name, edit it for clarity, or decline to publish it. We won't share your submission with third parties without consent.

8. Intellectual property

All editorial content, photography (where created by us), branding, and design on this site is owned by TNext Cigar. You may quote brief excerpts (under 200 words) with a clear attribution and a link back. Republishing whole articles, images, or design is not permitted without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Cigar smoking carries health risks. Nothing on this site is medical advice. We are not lawyers, accountants, or financial advisors; nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult relevant professionals as needed.

10. Limitation of liability

TNext Cigar is provided "as-is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, the accuracy of content, links to third-party sites, or transactions you make with retailers we link to.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, where the editorial office is based. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate Florida courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date is the source of truth. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
