Questions

  • Can I buy Cuban cigars online in Spain?

Only in part. Spain limits online tobacco sale — typically to domestic delivery, identity checks or no public price display. Spanish law (Ley 28/2005) bans online tobacco sales to consumers. All estancos sell at identical state-set prices via CMT weekly bulletins. The Finder lists estancos for in-person purchase only.

  • Where is the cheapest place to buy Cuban cigars in Spain right now?

We list 6 retailers in Spain but none publishes prices online.

  • Will I pay duty and VAT on top of the listed price?

Not when you buy from a retailer in Spain and ship within Spain — duty and VAT are already in the price. Buying from abroad, Spain charges its own tobacco excise and VAT at the border.
