Questions
Can I buy Cuban cigars online in Germany?
Yes. Licensed retailers in Germany sell Habanos online with public prices and ship domestically. Buying from another EU country is legal too, but the box picks up destination duty and VAT.
Where is the cheapest place to buy Cuban cigars in Germany right now?
On our board the cheapest box per cigar in Germany is the Trinidad Reyes at €408.00 from Cigarworld.de (live · 30 Oct).
Will I pay duty and VAT on top of the listed price?
Not when you buy from a retailer in Germany and ship within Germany — duty and VAT are already in the price. Buying from abroad, Germany charges its own tobacco excise and VAT at the border.
