Questions
Can I buy Cuban cigars online in Belgium?
Yes. Licensed retailers in Belgium sell Habanos online with public prices and ship domestically. Buying from another EU country is legal too, but the box picks up destination duty and VAT.
Where is the cheapest place to buy Cuban cigars in Belgium right now?
We list 4 retailers in Belgium but none publishes prices online.
Will I pay duty and VAT on top of the listed price?
Not when you buy from a retailer in Belgium and ship within Belgium — duty and VAT are already in the price. Buying from abroad, Belgium charges its own tobacco excise and VAT at the border.
